Telkom phones cannot recieve international texts.

I recently decided to try a cellphone contract from Telkom. I soon realised that I was not receiving answers to international texts. I contacted Telkom and was told that they do not have an agreement with Germany (and four other countries). This is ridiculous. If you don't have a full network, either you don't try sell the service, or you inform customers that they are buying an incomplete product. In my book this amounts to *****.
