Telkom Phone Repair Call Center

I m gatvol of these telkom.I took my contract phone to festival mall kemptonpark on 08 August 2017 ....After one week I got sms sayingI should payfor the damage and these phone it's still under warranty ...later I tried to call repair centre holding time sucks minimum 10 munites....and tried several times to a point that I gave up .....last December I end up reversing telkom debit orders....sinceI can't get any help.....These is bullsheet y should I pay for service that m not using .
