Telkom Phone Line not working

We are still waiting since 21 November for telkom to fix our Telkom line that is not working. I have been reporting the problem every second day.....

I have been provided a referance number from 21 November for the fault, but no has fixed the propblem yet.

Thinking of cancelling my telkom line...
