Telkom phone insurance

I have bad experience with telkom insurance.

I took a phone on contract and they offered me an insurance (Finrite), I claimed for a lost phone phone. I was told that they are no longer working with Finrite, If I have a claim I must contact Adminplus (their current insurance company), of which I did. Adminplus asked for replacement letter that is currently not in my possession. I tried calling Finrite only to find that it is not no longer operating. Their contact number and email addresses has been deactivated. I informed adminplus and they told me there is nothing they can do on their side. Called telkom call center they are unable to help me and also went to their branch with no luck.

Kindly help me, what can I do or where can I go because they are still deducting the insurance money every month.
