After you submitted the claim via email with all the details they wanted, they will send you an automatic reply and never get back to you. When you call they will make you wait for more then 30 minutes and after they will not give you the correct information. I have been calling them almost everyday now is over 10 days and my claim has not been processed. I am insured with them for more than 3 years now.
