Telkom phone insurance

The poorest service, i took out a contract by telkom on the 22 july and had good service at the person that helped me, there after I decided to get another contract on the 25 july, that because of the help and the service given! Today i phoned just to find out to put insurance on and was told, you can only have insurace added to your device within 7 days of purchase, so the first phone cant have insurace cuz its day 8, what bull...., i wont recomend anyone to take out a contract at telkom
