Telkom phone contract

I had bought a phone through a 2 year contract with telkom. After I had paid as agreed for the past two years, telkom continued to charge me when that was not the agreement signed. I have factual proof of when the contract ended. Currently telkom has sent a lawyer charging me to pay where there is no factual reason.
