Telkom phone business line out of order

My business phone landline registered with Telkom has not been working since this morning. We phoned nimerous custumor care lines and even went in to a Telkom branch to try and resolve the problem, without any success. As a result, my business has suffered tremendously and I am contemplating changing service providers after 22 years of being a client. It is unacceptable that the issue is still unresolved.
