Telkom phone blocked

To the excuse of a cell phone company Telkom. Im writing in utter disgust... on Tuesday my phone was blocked by Telkom and the reason being my account was short payed, which confused me because it is a debit order. Turns out the debit order went off, Telkom reversed it for no apparent reason and i had to eft them and short payed R62.00. So without warning my phone was cut, when finding out the reason i did and instant payment and sent them proof of payment, But the issue is still not resolved...i am unable to call,text or WhatsApp anyone which has resulted in numerous problems at work.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE TELKOM The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful and no one could give me a reason to why my account cant be reconnected.
