Telkom PHOENIX VERY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY broken phone within 4months!!!

Disgusting Services and broken phones! My Huawei NOVA 8i is literally 4months old and it goes off and on continuously even while I am on a important call! Telkom tells me it's not their problem I must take it to Huawei! Why do you sell something if you can't help someone in need who you sold it to??? Phone is not even 6months old! Now I'm stuck with a broken phone because I can't get the help needed!
