Telkom Phoenix Plaza (Poor Service)

Telkom Phoenix Plaza has very poor services ,the employees especially the lady there has absolutely no manners in talking to customers .i had gone to the Telkom store twice an she could not assist me with my contracts or my fiance .She just sits there and speaks rudely ,during the short time i had been there i had also seen other employee speaking to the customer with a bad attitude .this is unacceptable,we as customers paying our accounts and need good services ,this store had always been like that due to such employees . Please provide them with training because they a chasing away good customers and giving telkom a bad name .If its not for the customer they wouldn't have a job . so appreciate the customers and learn to be friendly .I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service provided at Telkom Phoenix Plaza.
