TELKOM PERMIT SPAM EMAILS TO BE TRANSMITTED TO CUSTOMERS

Email SPAM coming through on telkomsa.net mailbox is unprecedented and unacceptable. This has been occurring continuously for the last month or so. If you call the call centre to report the issue no one ever answers. In addition to my telkomsa.net email I also have a Gmail account and I never get SPAM mail The IT team at Telkom Cyber is absolutely pathetic they cannot manage their mail Marshall properly or correctly or they just don’t care what is transmitted over their network. This problem generally happens about twice a year for months on end before something is done to resolve the issue.
