Telkom - pending installation

I am trying to get Afrihost to get us connected. They have tried to convert the line and Telkom keeps on telling that there is an installation pending on their side. I keep on phoning Telkom and they keep on saying there is no pending installation for DSL on their side. I am so frustrated. This means I can not get connected due to someone not doing their job and not cancelling or closing an order...and phoning is useless!!! This is just a proof of the complaints about Telkom being true!!! What am I supposed to do....
