Telkom penalties

I've been a client of telkom for year, but now I've had enough of them. Their level of customer service is just pathetic. I went to their baywest branch, asked them to move my debit to month end, due to my pay date changing. They tell me its done. Just to get to month end and notice the debit doesn't go off, due to them not correcting the dates on their side. Then the charge me penalties for their mistake. And its not the first time. Numerous times they have charged me penalties, for mistakes they make. And when you visit a branch, they dont have answers for you. So close to terminating my contract. I will never advice anyone to take out a telkom contract. Biggest regret.
