Telkom pays staff to put them in a bad light....

Don't bother to visit the Telkom store at Mall Reds in Centurion. Their lunch is more important than their customers. Did they forget that with no customers, they don't have a salary to buy their LUNCH!!! The manager just walks out seeing all the customers waiting, a staff member walks in with their Wimpy lunch, next thing all the staff disappear to the back to eat said Wimpy lunch, a while later a staff member walks out from the back, sees the customers, but instead of helping, he decides to rather walk out the store himself. REALLY!!! Would they like to receive the service they give? An hour later and still no one is assisted, this has been a struggle with them for 4 days, and still I don't have answers, and the best part is, they say come back another day, or just send your child in to collect the device. So anyone can just go in and collect your devices and you would be none the wiser. Telkom, your service is TERRIBLE!!! and guess what, you are paying people to make it TERRIBLE.
