Telkom payment issue

I spoke to a Telkom consultant yesterday informing him that I 'd rather pay my cellphone contract via PayPal which is one of Telkom' s 3 methods of payment. Only to be told by the consultant the company policy state debit orders and he can't change it. My contract is R139 pm and if there is insufficient funds Telkom charge an extra R202 in addition to the R139, this compound one's problem This is ****************, I should have the option to choose how I pay my bill, not dictated to and penalized as well!!!!
