Telkom, paying for a service that you never receive.

The worst telecomunications company ever, land lines has been ****** I was asked to take an alternative LTE option due to them not replacing the lines, its been 3 months now, i have not received the new devices, first i was billed for the ADSL line aswell as the LTE contract, had to phone billing took me a day just to clear the invoice now i have been debited again for the LTE service that i still have not received... never in my life have i seen people that knows you have not received the stock but you still have to pay, now i have to take a nother day just to get my money back... this makes me so angry as this was the second internet contract with telkom that i have canceled before the contract expires.
