Telkom - #PayBackMyMoney

I am a telkom customer on my 4th contract with the Mobile network provider, and I tried to pay off one of my contracts early, so I went in store as the lady on the phone said she would not be able to assist me with a statement and directed me there. The staff at the greenstone telkom mobile store gave me banking details which I would have to pay the money into to credit my account so my next 3 debit orders would take from this amount. (bare in mind this is all by their instruction)... A month later at debit order time, I was debited the same amount with no deductions as I was told there would be. I contacted them and was told that the people in store advised me wrongly and was told they would refund the amount(date - April) . I have called multiple times and had 3 case numbers and Telkom still holds my money ransom. I HAVE WASTED COUNTLESS MINUTES AND AIRTIME trying to fix their stuff up and guess what... It's July and I still don't have my money. Is this even legal? What is that money reflected as on their ledger?

1 of my contracts is a 50gig smartboardband, I was told in 3 months I could migrate to another package. 3 months later I call and try migrate and I'm told you can only migrate from Smartboardband to Smartboardband - I was failed to be informed that I cannot migrate to Fibre... Or can I?... I had 4 different answers from people from the call centre whether I can or can't. But now I have to pay a cancellation fee with 21 months remaining because your team obviously know how to sell by telling you what you want to hear and now that I want to change, theres a fee for ever step. Never mind the fact that I'm staying with the company with the fibre or that I was informed wrongly. They just want more money out of me.. But they won't pay me back my money.... Wow what shocking service. You'd think there would be a loyalty plan for customers on their 4th contract. I honestly wish I could completely cut ties with this brand. But I'm sure there is a cut tie fee included... Oh wait there is! I get this contract has me bound.
