Telkom!!! Pay Back the Money!!!

May 2019 i purchased a SmartBroad band wireless All HRS (Wifi) from Mobile/ Mobile talk and when the product was delivered its was for business hrs. the product was returned immediately via RAM and a cancellation process was initiated. Until this day i am still paying for the stupid thing that been confirmed its returned back to Telkom. eventually in September. I was given a case # and that doesn't help because when ever i call i get the same feedback. "WE WAITING FOR FEEDBACK" " WE WILL CALL YOU BACK" Apparently the case now is sitting with the Retention Depart ... who can even be contacted directly :(... All i want is for Telkom to stop debiting my account for a product that was correctly returned to them and return all the monies they have been *****ing out of my account...
