TELKOM - PAY BACK THE MONEY

During the end of October 2018 I have app**** for second cell phone line with Telkom the deal was approved and test debit was deducted from my account of R499. When I received my December bill I have been charge double for this new line the test debit was never deducted from the bill. During that time I have called them and complaint about the matter and was send from pillar to post to get it shorted out. In January I called them again and again the same story and still my money was not paid back. On the 04 Feb 2019 I called again and they confirmed that the money will be in my account within 48 - 72 hours, 10 days later I am still struggling to get back the money owed to me.

Please advice what I must do. As Telkom & it's employees just don't give a dam
