Telkom pay back my money

Telkom service is very very poor Is been 5 months of cancelation but yet they still deduct my money and kept on disputing the debit order.... This month it was worse they took a lot of money and now can't dispute the deduction through my phone I had to go to my bank branch this company it really sucks man
