TELKOM PAVILION TERRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETANT STAFF

The most pathetic service ever from telkom. Telkom has really messed up our Company phones and accounts. Went in 3 times to the PAVILION store in Durban.Was attended to by the manager YVONNE PILLAY, who could not solve the problem, she always promised to Investigate and get back to us. To date 2 months later still waiting. Cannot understand why stores have managers who have no clue of anything.
