Telkom pavilion

Terrible experience with telkom mobile at pavilion shopping centre. Took a new contract for a P50 PRO over 36 months. Signed the deal which was suppose to come with a huawei Bluetooth speaker. For the last 2 months when calling to enquire as to when we will receive the speaker but just keep being told when stock arrives. Today 17/09/2022, we called the store spoke to a very rude arrogant *** named Andre James who was of absolutely no use. He should not even be allowed to answer a telephone as he lacks telephone etiquette. Our initial sales consultant was bonga who was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and offered absolutely great service. But obviously telkom lacks any after sale service and support. Maybe this is there trick to reel in customers, make them sign for a sweetened deal then do not follow through on this. We will both be canceling any dealings with telkom
