Telkom pathetic with ADSL and LTE

Trying to get ADSL or uncapped lte at Telkom. Can't even go threw another provider as Telkom need to provide the ADSL point. Call centre and team leaders don't even want to escalate the complaint. What about the right to affordable internet. Normal lte is expensive. Told no ACSL point and not in the range of the current tower been used for uncapped LTE. Why not just allocate another tower in range.
