Telkom pathetic turn around and escalation procedures.

My airtime balance suddenly appeared as zero on the 7th of March, I lodged a complaint to Telkom mobile and have been awaiting a resolution ever since. The worst part is I have had to run after them ,calling and yet it seems they haven't even started to investigate what happened to my airtime!
