TELKOM PATHETIC , THEY ARE *******
<p>I have now been fighting with Telkom since last year about a amount on my monthly bill that they are trying to ***** from me . </p> <p>I app**** at telkom for a ADSL line . I have MWEB wifi . I asked Telkom for only a ADSL line NOTHING more . yet they continuoded to charge me for WIFI aswell . </p> <p>As i was not paying for WIFI with them , only ADSL line , yet they have been charging me for WIFI . They cut my line .</p> <p> When i spoke to them about that they said i must FIRST pay the outstading amount , and then they will investigate . </p> <p>So they want to ***** money from me for a service i DID NOT USE , </p> <p>I was contacted after 2 months by a lady EVA DIKGALE , to whom i sent all correspondence . SHE was NO help , and the last time she rep**** to my emails was Feb. '</p> <p>I cannot have WIFI at home anymore because they refuse to connect me . TELKOM YOU ARE A COMMINIST COMPANY JUST LIKE OUR GOVERMENT YOU JUST ***** CLIENTS MONEY AND GIVE NO SERVICE . </p> <p>EVA DIKGALE WHY DONT YOU RESOLVE THIS . </p> <p> </p>
