Telkom Pathetic Telkom

I wanted to stop my debit order as I do my payments manually for the past 7 months.

It has come to my attention that I am being charged R202 extra every month for the payment rejected from my bank account which is not active.

What frustrates me is the fact that I have been making manual payments every month but Telkom will not stop the debit order which means I will continue paying R202 every month for rejection charges from a bank account that does not exist. This is beyond pathetic.
