Telkom - pathetic systems and service

Overcharging my aco**** now for more than a year, after numerous phone calls, visits to branch i just get promises that it will be fixed, 13 months later, still nothing. Now i changed my bank, Telkom can even change my bank on their system for the debnit order, which means i now have to go into a wooolworths to pay every month. Telkom is just a BIG mess!!!
