Telkom pathetic support
I logged a ticket with telkom last week Sunday about my dead ADSL, and still nothing has been done. I have even engaged the mobile twitter team to assist, and nothing. All they say is we will update once there is feedback... It is pathetic! I am a paying customer!! 365CTK100116
