Telkom Pathetic Services!!!!

Telkom is services is pathetic!!! I've been calling and unboxing them since the 3 July that my adsl is not working we cant even use it. First they told us we used all the data unlimited for the month so I said hell no we cant even use the internet so how is that possible. They refuse to give me a credit from 3 July or even fixing the line they send out a technician he couldn't get signal the next day they send me an sms it was resolved. I rep**** and said no but no one responded its reall pathetic!!! I refuse to pay my bill cause I'm not using the wifi and on top of that we have 3 contracts with telkom that's not working poor network coverage but o help when logging my faults. They told me straight No credit will be passed. Telkom sucks!!!! Dont ever use them.
