Telkom - Pathetic service worst service provider ever!!!

I have LTE and 160GB in total is my monthly data allocated.My sim card has been out of device since end May , checked my data usage and its showing 100GB used in June how is that possible? Exact same issue in May 100GB on the first day..

Dont let me even explain trying to get hold of them bunch of idiots!!!!! Calling the entire week no answer... Calling the westwood branch no answer..

Been to the wetwood branch after explaining everything for like 5 minutes they tell me they express store...ridiculous considering this is where i signed up for my contract!!! They told me they will request someone to call me in 20 minutes i am still waiting..

Telkom is useless as always nothing will ever change!!! I want my data for may and June loaded on my account you *******!!!! Once contract up in a few months goodbye Telkom .. Lets see if i get a call or even a dam legitimate response..
