TELKOM PATHETIC SERVICE WHATS NEW

Telkom is pathetic beyond words unhelpful deur mekaar with no direction. Speaking to customer care is even more scary then ever as they themselfs have no idea about the industry everyone seems to be there just for the money nothing else. My account debited with an amount i dnt no for what an enquiry is sent to a particular employee who responds by telling me dont return the debit order or you will be black listed. Call an 081 nr which i did before the email the woman herself had no idea what i was talking about. like really if i could return the R0 000-00 taken from my acc i would not bother emailing a useless person or wasting a call from my cell to a centre which no ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the so called field they working at. TELKOM its not the first time this is happening. AS long as they have your details and banking details they will suck you dry I WANT MY MONEY BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT DAM TELKOM
