TELKOM PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

My spouse and I have been fighting with Telkom to install our line since the 8th of October and nothing has developed as yet, we're constantly being told that they have "high volume" and cannot see what the issue is because their system s are always ****ing down, this is pathetic and ridiculous. We spoke to an agent by the name of Mogammat and was told the line will be installed on Monday and our issues was elevated by him and guess what, nothing had been in fact elevated nor attended to. My spouse is in the position of loosing her job because of the slow rate of assistance by Telkom!!! Not even a senior attempted to assist no matter how the amount of times we requested assistance from them!
