TELKOM PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

It's been a couple of weeks and ourvhome phone is still not working. My parents are elderly people and my dad is in a wheel chair. My sister and I gave tried several times contacting Telkom, no answer and when we finally got through to a consultant, she transferred us to so many people. Finally we spoke to someone who said an agent will contact us, it's been close to four weeks still no one from Telkom has made contact. Telkom is pathetic and useless. My elderly parents need the home phone incase of an emergency. Telkom is a horrible service provider.
