Telkom pathetic service provider

I had cancelled my Telkom Landline last year May , and to date I am still being billed. Telkom has a stupid system where you can only cancel a landline online which is just a **** as those requests are not taken seriously. I have went into the Telkom store and called Telkom directly a few times but no one can assist all they say is that yes they can see a request was put in at the end of May. Telkom are a very poor service provider and I would actually rate them -5 stars
