Telkom Pathetic Service Provider

So my Telkom line has been down since the 26th of April 2018 and its now the 30th of April 2018

I keep calling and get told the same thing "there is a fault and a technician hasn't been dispatched, however I will log this as urgent".

Telkok must stop lying and get their act together. Absolutely pathetic service provider and I will be changing over from tomorrow
