Telkom pathetic service... or should I say NO SERVICE.

I have reported that I have no service on my talk on fixed line the first week of February 2018. Reference Telkom SA. Fault 744CRZ050218 for Service ID ********** 695. Cable ref ********** . 3 times technicians came and each time they say it's cable department and it has been escalated. Every time I need to call from my mobile and yet still NO SERVICE. Unacceptable!!! If not resolved this week we will cancel the telkomline of the residence and business. Pathetic!
