telkom - pathetic service from the operations center

a telkom operations center agent called me "a rich ****ing kant" ... telkom has no complaints department, he refused to give me his name, he refused me access to his line manager... I will be cancelling my telkom wifi/router subscription... the service is appalling, poor, pathetic and disgusting.
