Telkom pathetic service for a new customer.

Really pathetic service. Placed an order for an uncapped package on 7 April 2018 and was given a 21 day turnaround time. Called the call centre multiple times and get a different story each time. *** is going on Telkom??? Is this how u treat your customers? 21 days was last Saturday. ***? 1 week passed the 21 day turnaround time and still nothing.
