Telkom pathetic service - extremely frustrated & disappointed

<p>I app**** for telkom wireless broadband uncapped deal many months ago. Received email confirmation that I qualify and would be contactedby an agent. After having easily tried countless times and having spent many hours and after months of being given the runabout a consultant does voicelog and processes my application and advised that all in order and u would get device in 5-7 days.. On 7th day I get an sms from telkom that my application was declined... ????!!!!! This us utter nonsense. I demand answers and the courtesy of a consultant / supervisor taking time to call me.. I as many other 100s of people are disgusted at the level of service delivery from Telkom and sadly cannot go elsewhere... Do u at Telkom start to CARE??? Honour your agreements with customers please... </p> <p> </p>
