Telkom pathetic service delivery

<p>Our Telkom line is down once again. Technician was assigned on Thursday. Call centre assured us we were 7th on the list for the day. Needless to say no technician arrived. On Friday the call centre said we were first on the list. Today is Saturday. No technician has pitched yet. No line ,no internet ,no work can be done. We are supposed to be in a modern society. In order to do our jobs we rely on internet. Unfortunately we also have to rely on Telkom to provide a proper service. What is wrong eith Telkom? </p>
