Telkom PATHETIC SERVICE

I have signed up for wi fi...the after sales service is absoloutly pathetic...i have a device installed that is deffective....but nobody can assist...its now 7 days....so went to cresta and must admit...tried very hard to assist but concluded after 3 hours that the router does not work....not a single return call as yet....TELKOM your service is a disgrace and i can rate your service as absoloutly pathetic .....
