Telkom pathetic service

My business telephone lines have not worked for more than a month this entire year. Nevertheless to say that I get the R3000 plus account every month to pay for no service. It is costing me a fortune as nobody can reach us by phone. It is now more than 6 weeks that we cannot receive any phone calls. I do not know anymore what to do as it seems that they do not care or even try to fix it. Most pathethic service you can get!!
