Telkom - Pathetic Service

Telkom decided to cancel one number on my contract without my permission, I have to pay a Termination Penalty of R4 320.00 for something I did not ask for. Their customer service agents are useless and doing their own thing to our accounts without consent from the account holder. Case has been opened and closed 5mins afterwards, but nothing has been resolved, I am still awaiting my feedback. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am not paying Telkom until my Invoice has been rectified.
