Telkom pathetic service and communication

i have recently upgraded my contract with Telkom. I was supposed to receive my new phone on the 10 Dec 2019. The courier company was ****** and ever since then, i have heard nothing from Telkom. I have contacted them via phone and twitter but everyone is just escalating. Its a mont and a bit later and there is a deafening silence from Telkom. This service is beyond poor. They contacted me to upgrade. If i knew then i would have taken out a contract with someone else and closed this one.
