Telkom Pathetic service and *******.

I bought an all networks bundle at R110 for 10 GB which was time based 14 days in the meanwhile, while I was waiting for my monthly data to be loaded at the beginning of the new month. I had over 7 GB of my all networks bundle that is set to expire on the 8 May 2024.I have just recieved my monthly data on the 1 May 2024 and 6 GB has been used but no data has been used from the older data about to expire. Tried calling Telkom customer service and 1 Agent lies to me saying it will expire in July the other agent immediately put me on hold for almost 30 minutes. Telkom is ******* and the staff has no customer service experience this is the worst network. I would now be taking my complaint to the ombudsman.
