Telkom pathetic service

I have endless problems with this Pathetic provider, I went to the store in Capegate to request cancelation for both my cellphone contracts as I thought both reached it term however I received an email from telkom stating my one only expires the 6th of December and I need to respond which I did and told the lady I don't want to cancel it then she must leave it as is to my surprise I couldn't understand when I was unable to make calls my contract was cancelled Which I clearly stated should not be canceled can somebody please call me as I am wasting my tkme and energy calling the call Centre
