TELKOM - Pathetic service

My internet connection dropped intermittently, after logging a call with the call center agent, 2 days later the call was closed as resolved. However nothing was resolved and it has actually gradually gotten worse, the issue remains and logging another call seems useless. Can someone at this company who is competent be of assistance asap because i am beyond angry with this pathetic service!!
