Telkom pathetic service

After 3 weeks of seeking assistance with poor connection problems no technician has bothered to communicate with me or even fixing the problem . I pay R900 for my Fibre of which has been faulty for almost a month now. Customer services are pathetic and unprofessional in every way no follow ups. Be very careful when you sign up for a contract with this company! Annoyed customer!
