Telkom pathetic service

I've been with telkom for years and have multiple contracts. It's sad to say that anyone can call the customer service and provide my ID Number and all my personal info was given. So when these asshokes from telkom do call,no point in asking security questions. People it's not safe to use Telkom as all your personal info is given to just anyone.
